Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

Acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, I give my consent to Port and Logistics Company “Caspy” Limited Liability Company (TIN 3025035321, OGRN 1193025002268, address: 14 Lugovaya St., Olya, Limansky District, Astrakhan Region, 416425; hereinafter, the Operator) to process my personal data on the following terms.
1. Personal data covered
- full name;
- name of the organisation on whose behalf the enquiry is sent;
- phone number;
- email address;
- the text of the enquiry and any attached files.
2. Purposes of processing
- considering the enquiry and sending a reply;
- feedback on cooperation and services;
- concluding and performing contracts.
3. Actions with personal data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, transfer in the cases set out in the Personal Data and Privacy Policy, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.
4. Period of validity
This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 1 year from the date of the last enquiry, or until it is withdrawn.
5. Withdrawal of consent
This consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending a request to plc@caspyplc.ru.
6. Confirmation
I confirm that I have read the Personal Data and Privacy Policy, including the rights of the data subject.
